Yes! If you want REAL authentic Vietnamese food.. then come here. Spoke with the owner Niki, she was very nice, professional, and motivated to be the best! Waitresses were awesome; they came by about 50 tímese to see how we were doing and add to our awesome night. We left happy; full; and full of nutrients!

I was born and raised in Vietnam, so I have very high standards when it comes to taste and this pho restaurant really surprised me with its high quality and incredibly delicious dishes. The server is a little shy, but it reminded me of my first job, and I believe he’ll become more experienced soon. I also love the decoration, featuring many traditional Vietnamese images and items. Overall, this is an easy 5/5, and I would say it’s the best Vietnamese restaurant in town.

I stopped in on opening day and it was packed. But what do you expect it was opening day. So I went back a couple days later after the crowd died down. The food and service was amazing. I can't wait to taste my way through the menu. Great job Niki

We are excited for this new restaurant! Grand opening was well attended. The shrimp egg rolls were delicious. The beef pho was yummy. The barbecue pork with vermicelli was good size and tasty. Staff is friendly but inexperienced and do not know the menu well enough to double check an order before delivering it. The kitchen was overwhelmed. Dishes were incomplete and without side accompaniments. Food was well priced. The remodel was done well. Look forward to trying them again.

I was born in Vietnam during the war, son of a soldier and a Vietnamese mother, raised in Idaho. So, I am very familiar with Vietnamese food. The Pho here was best I have had in Boise to date. In the past, I would have to travel to SLC or Portland to find good bowl of Pho. It's nice to be able to have good Vietnamese food here Boise and I can not wait to try other selections on the menu. I have read other reviews on this restaurant concerning long wait times and some service woes. For us, a party of 7, we had a pleasurable experience, no complaints. In fact, now that I know you guys serve a quality bowl of Pho or Bun Bo Hue, I would happily wait an hour for another.
